What Sets Us Apart

Signature Experiences

This is where we separate from every "STEM class" in Kentucky.

🛸
Drone Missions Lab

Search & rescue simulation, precision payload drop, cinematic flight challenge.

🚀
Rocket Launch Days

Build → test → launch → analyze. Newton's laws come alive.

🏆
Flight Challenges Arena

Obstacle courses, team relays, and skill-based competitions.

🔧
Innovation Builds

Design something → actually make it → show it to the world.

🤖
LEGO Robotics

Build and program LEGO robots to solve real-world challenges — coding meets construction.

🌱
Community Garden

Apply STEM skills outdoors — sensors, data collection, soil science, and sustainability in action.

Featured Programs

Beyond the Classroom

Hands-on programs that connect STEM to the real world in unexpected ways.

🤖
Robotics

LEGO Robotics

Students design, build, and program LEGO robots to tackle real-world engineering challenges. Through iterative builds and competitive missions, they develop logical thinking, mechanical intuition, and collaborative problem-solving — all while having a blast.

  • → Build autonomous robots with LEGO Mindstorms / SPIKE
  • → Program using block-based and Python logic
  • → Compete in timed challenge missions
  • → Learn mechanical systems: gears, motors, sensors
🌱
Environmental STEM

Community Garden

Our Community Garden turns outdoor space into a living STEM laboratory. Students collect real environmental data, design irrigation systems, study plant biology, and connect math and science to sustainable food production — building curiosity alongside crops.

  • → Soil science, plant biology & ecology
  • → Sensor-based data collection (moisture, UV, CO₂)
  • → Design irrigation & raised bed systems
  • → Mathematics through measurement & yield tracking
🛸
Aerospace

Drones

From first hover to advanced mission flight, students learn to pilot, program, and problem-solve with drones. Our drone program builds real aerospace skills — spatial reasoning, control logic, and FAA awareness — in a safe, structured environment.

  • → Indoor flight training with Tello & FPV drones
  • → Search & rescue and payload mission simulations
  • → Drone coding and autonomous flight logic
  • → FAA Part 107 early exposure & career pathways
🚀
Physics & Engineering

Model Rockets

Students design, build, and launch model rockets while learning the physics behind every flight. Newton's laws, aerodynamics, and propulsion become tangible as rockets leave the launch pad — making abstract science unforgettable.

  • → Design & construct rockets from kits and scratch
  • → Understand thrust, drag, lift & gravity in action
  • → Launch day: build → test → launch → analyze
  • → Iterate designs based on flight data
